Senior Tax Manager
Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to join their award-winning team. They are a leading CPA firm delivering high caliber professional services to their clients, enriching careers for their employees, and producing quality care to their surrounding communities. The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for tax compliance, tax consulting, project/task management, engagement management, supervision of staff and tax manager on engagements that they lead and ongoing staff development.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for the entry of tax returns through the tax preparation system to ensure accurate, complete and timely preparation and delivery of all clients’ tax returns.
- Participates actively in client meetings and tax planning efforts to lead the Auditing & Accounting department with larger, more complicated/specialized clients.
- Supervising managers and senior staff.
- Possess advanced knowledge in tax preparation and has experience in the areas of Individual and Fiduciary Taxation, including Gift Tax.
- Increased responsibility to handle larger and more complex client assignments in the Individual Tax specialty area.
What You’ll Need:
- CPA needed.
- Minimum of 8 years related experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Possess experience in managing complex individual tax returns including corporate executives, family trust arrangements, and high net worth individuals.
- Experience in the area of International Tax Planning and Compliance for Individuals is highly desired.
