Senior Audit Accountant
Our client is searching for an established and self-motivated Senior Audit Accountant for their Cleveland branch. This position will analyze the company’s financial invoices and accounting entries. The Senior Audit Accountant will gather information from financial reporting systems such as account balances, cash flow records, and tax returns to come up with the best solutions possible for the company and client. They are looking to hire someone who is always willing to go the extra mile and learn more advanced skills in accounting auditing, striving to gain more knowledge in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in audit, review and compilation engagements from planning through issuance
- Assists in the preparation of financial statements and takes record of financial statements.
- Maintain a great working relationship with clients and team members.
- Manages one or more client engagements simultaneously, ensuring the overall success of each project.
- Possess skills in bookkeeping, financial statements, and taxes.
- Perform bookkeeping, client retention and create new business.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree Accounting or Finance.
- Must have or be working towards obtaining your CPA license.
- At least 3 years of tax audit experience in public accounting or CPA office.
