This is a brand new opening that is looking for someone with previous Customer Service experience or a business degree. This position will be responsible for the overall satisfaction of customers and clients. Individual should strive daily to continuously improve service standards. Supervisor needs to be hands on in training procedures and will still need to take customer calls and enter orders into the system. Manage employee schedules and coach/motivate staff members.
