Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for supporting established customers by taking orders, verifying product specifications, and entering information. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts with customers and clients alike.
- Warm calls and/or cross selling.
- Positively interact with members of a team, support sales and be a self-starter working independently.
- Delivering quality customer service to internal and external customers.
- Verifies and corrects all inventory orders, ensuring accurate incoming/outgoing times, amount, and product.
- Accurately record all order invoice and document into company’s system.
Compensation:
- Exceptional hourly pay
- Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 2-3 years of customer service and account management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel.
