Customer Service – Replacement Parts
Our client is a leading global supplier of essential products for multiple types of large machinery. This is a direct-hire with immediate benefits! You will be responsible for supporting established customers by taking orders, verifying product specifications, and entering information. In this position, you must be proactive and possess the ability to assist, plan, coordinate, and initiate action. This is a life-changing opportunity for someone skilled in handling customer orders from beginning to end with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering quality customer service to internal and external customers.
- Manage accounts with customers and clients alike.
- Positively interact with members of a team, support sales and be a self-starter working independently.
- Verifies and corrects all inventory orders, ensuring accurate incoming/outgoing times, amount, and product.
- Accurately record all order invoice and document into company’s system.
- Warm calls and/or cross selling.
Compensation:
- Exceptional hourly pay
- Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 2-3 years of customer service and account management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
