This position takes incoming phone calls all day. Will be needed to help inform patients and solve discrepancies. If you are a natural problem solver and like to look at the big picture to get things done this is the job for you! Any billing experience or knowledge of EOB’s are a huge plus! Candidates must want to learn the billing process and is able to work with insurance lines such as Medicaid and Medicare. Strong computer skills are needed to document patient interaction.
