Audit Manager
This outstanding CPA firm is looking to hire an Audit Manager for their Cleveland office. You will have the opportunity to work as a team member on diverse client assignments as a part of this award-winning company. Their industry-specialized accountants and consultants have provided clients with all-around inclusive thinking and comprehensive solutions in accounting, tax, business, consulting and finance services. The Audit Manager will be responsible for managing client assignments, coordinate business workflow, and deliver high caliber service to customers and individuals alike.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial statement audits and accounting engagements as well as monitoring the progress of engagements in relation to budgets and due dates.
- Manages budget assignments by anticipating and communicating any budget issues to the team.
- Prepares billings and assists in cash collections.
- Will have extended responsibility to take on a higher quantity and complexity of client assignments and obtain the ability to establish client relationships.
- Oversees the daily progress of client engagements as well as the finalization of all reports.
Qualifications:
- 5 years related experience in a Public Accounting or CPA Firm
- 4-year degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification
- Previous experience with project management, business development, and leadership
