You will be one of four (4) adjusters that will help answer billing questions at a high call volume. Determine eligibility, identify problems, investigate and follow through to denial or payment. Only light collections like “would you like to make a payment today” no collection calls! Attendance is key as you are a team of 4 that depend on each other’s notes and organizational skills. Any Medical Billing or Coding or Claims experience is requested!
