Escrow Officer, Escrow Closer, Escrow Assistant, Legal Admin’s, Paralegals, Loan Closers, Title Assistants and Title Examiners all needed. All positions involve working under tight deadlines and working in a busy environment! The ability to understand the terminology for mortgages, liens, title documents, underwriting, foreclosures and REO, deeds, affidavits, judgments, and bankruptcies is needed. MS Word and Excel knowledge are needed, along with excellent communication, good typing (45+ wpm) and organizational skills. This is a full time permanent position starting at $12.50 per hour but experience will be compensated!
