This role has 2 strategic responsibilities, manage and protect the relationship between customer and the company and maximize revenue and retention while building loyalty among clients and staff. Take inbound calls, very light collections like “do you want to make a payment today?” not setting up payment plans, there is a separate collections department. Ability to learn new software system and hit the floor running! Any previous experience working the front desk in a medical environment or being a Medical Biller is helpful!
